Job Description
Brilo Tours & Travel is looking for a confident, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our travel and tourism business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, visa support, corporate travel, and group travel solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate sales for Brilo Tours & Travel services
Source and convert individual, corporate, and group travel clients
Develop and promote holiday packages and travel offers
Build relationships with corporates, SMEs, schools, churches, chama groups, hotels, airlines, and travel partners
Recruit, guide, and manage travel sales agents/introducers
Follow up client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Prepare weekly sales pipeline and performance reports
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking completion
Work closely with management to grow Brilo Tours & Travel into a strong revenue-generating subsidiary
Requirements
Experience in sales, travel, hospitality, tourism, or client relationship management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Good leadership and reporting skills
Knowledge of flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, or visa support is an added advantage
Smartphone/laptop access and good digital communication skills
